1. No Exchanges or Replacements
We do not offer exchanges or replacements for any products. All sales are final in terms of exchanges and replacements.

2. Returns and Refunds

Eligible Returns:
We accept returns only if the product you received is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (e.g., wrong item sent). To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photographic evidence of the issue.
Return will be picked up within 3 days.

Return Process:
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. You must return the product in its original packaging and condition.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items:
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
